We build what we recommend

We don't separate what we advise from what we build. Every method we recommend gets built and run here first, on our own company, with real money on the line. We don't hand the work to an AI and walk away. We pair AI with modern software development and product management discipline, sharpened over decades of work with companies at every level, so what ships is something people relate to and use, and technology that's maintainable, durable, and expandable. What reaches your team isn't our code. It's the judgment that comes from having built, shipped, broken, and fixed these systems ourselves.

Where each piece stands

Everything moves through the same path, and every stage is a human gate. The AI does the heavy lifting. Our experience and product judgment set the direction, check the work, and decide what clears each gate. We're not watching AI build. We're building with it, using it to augment what we already know, not replace it.

The SMA Operating System

In production

We run the business on a custom AI operating system. One workspace ties together the CRM, email, files, hosting, content, and project tracking, and it executes scheduled work on its own. It's been in production for months, refined across 180+ iterations, and it runs the day-to-day.

What this proves: we can design an AI system that actually runs a business, not a slide that describes one.

An Automated Workforce

In production

Scheduled agents handle the recurring work. Every day they run cleanup, maintenance, and filing, manage our AI work sessions, and cover the market, product, and sales fronts. Each morning a briefing pulls up-to-the-minute news and pushes it automatically where it needs to go: tasks, marketing, sales, website updates, positioning, post topics, and more.

What this proves: the maintenance layer can scale without a person in the loop. That's the hardest part of any AI rollout, and the part most teams skip.

The AI Value Index

Published monthly

Each month we compare the newest frontier AI models on real value per dollar, not benchmark scores, and publish the framework and the call. It keeps us current at the edge of a field that changes weekly.

What this proves: we track the frontier closely and can turn model noise into a decision a leader can actually use.

Our Methodology, Productized

Pilot

The frameworks we use with clients are packaged into training people can buy. AI Foundations and AI for Leaders are in pilot now. The same thinking we bring to an engagement, made concrete enough to hand to a team.

What this proves: the methodology is real and repeatable.

Executive Recon

In testing

An AI tool that runs competitive and market intelligence for executives. First version built, now in testing. It's a working example of the kind of internal AI tool we help companies scope and stand up.

What this proves: we build the tools, not just advise on them.

Report & Guide Writer

In testing

A user-friendly tool for AI-assisted report and guide writing. It walks you through building a structured, professional document start to finish, from outline to finished pages. First version built, now in testing.

What this proves: we turn the way we work into tools other people can pick up.

The Estimator

In development

AI-powered agile estimation for product and engineering teams that need faster project sizing. Built to deliver estimates grounded in reality, not optimism.

What this proves: we turn delivery experience into tooling.

PM3

In development

One tool across product, program, and project work. It structures plans, surfaces risks early, drafts updates in your voice, and keeps work moving. Includes The Estimator.

What this proves: decades of PM discipline, built into one AI tool.

You can have this too

The lab is where we pressure-test the methods. The consulting work is where we apply them to your stakes. No pitch deck, just a conversation about where you are and what makes sense next.
